Terms of Service

1. Usage & Subscription

EcoSynch is provided via the Atlassian Marketplace. Usage is subject to the licensing terms of the Standard Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement. All subscription fees, trials, and billing are processed directly by Atlassian.

2. Data Processing Authorization

By installing EcoSynch, you grant us explicit permission to process specific Jira and Confluence data for the sole purpose of providing automated documentation updates. You acknowledge that data processing occurs in our secure infrastructure in the EU (Google Cloud Belgium / AWS Ireland).

3. Limitation of Liability (AI)

EcoSynch utilizes Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to generate content. While we optimize heavily for factual accuracy and tone matching:

• We cannot guarantee that AI-generated text is 100% error-free.
• It is the user's responsibility to review documentation for accuracy.
• EcoSynch is not liable for incorrect documentation resulting from AI hallucinations or misinterpretation of Jira tickets.

4. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your Atlassian instance. Upon uninstallation, your tenant ID and associated metadata are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
