Data Sovereignty (GDPR)

EcoSynch is architected with strict European Data Sovereignty as a core requirement.

Storage: All metadata is stored in AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland).
AI Processing: All text processing occurs in Google Cloud europe-west1 (Belgium).
No Transfers: Your proprietary data never leaves the European Economic Area (EEA) during processing.

Data We Process

We adhere to a strict "Need-to-Know" access policy. We only process data when explicitly triggered by a Jira event:

Jira Tickets: Summary, Description, and Comments of tickets explicitly moved to "Done."
Confluence Pages: The content of pages explicitly linked to those tickets.

We do not scan your entire instance, read user directories, or access data unrelated to the specific ticket being processed.

AI Training

Your data is NOT used to train AI models.

We use the Enterprise APIs of Google Vertex AI. Our agreements contractually guarantee that inputs (your documentation) and outputs are isolated and never used for model training or improvement by third parties.
